Our Services
First, we need to discuss your individual requirements and the following details:
- Washstand or vanity Unit (table top bowl or cupboard under)
- Size (maximum width and depth)
- Single or double sinks
- Finish required – natural wood or painted (Farrow & Ball)
- Period / style – simple / carved / formal / rustic
We then begin our search through our buyers in France. Photographs will be taken and sent for you to approve.
Once we have found the right style / size we will send hard samples of granite or marble for you to choose from.
We have a number of different designs of basins and brassware for you to choose, or you can provide your own if you would prefer.
Once all of the details have been agreed, we can then start to create the piece of furniture.
At this point, if all details agreed, we take a 25% deposit with the remainder due on completion.
As mentioned earlier, we can make a made to measure washstand for you rather than using an existing piece of furniture.
We use traditional methods for our cabinet making - framed doors using mortise and tenon joints and dovetail drawers.

If within the local Yorkshire area, we can arrange installation by our experienced plumber at an additional cost. However, any qualified plumber will be able to install the units.
